4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or harmful medical data
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our AI models
• Overload or disrupt the Services (e.g., DDoS attacks)
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

WilliHealthy owns all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including our AI models, algorithms, and platform. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Services for personal or professional healthcare purposes.

You retain ownership of your uploaded medical data, subject to the license granted below.

7. License to Your Data

By uploading health data, you grant WilliHealthy a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and anonymize it to:

• Provide and improve the Services
• Train and enhance our AI models (in anonymized form only)
• Conduct medical research (aggregated and de-identified)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WilliHealthy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or that AI outputs will always be accurate.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason.
